Okay so this morning I had a waffle for breakfast.
Then I did 15 minutes on my elliptical machine, burning about 200 calories.

Then I did a 10 minute solution (dvd) work-out on thighs, and abs. So that’s 20 extra minutes.

SO I’m working on it! The kid and I are having mac & cheese for lunch. Yummy. I’m having a small helping, and a small salad on the side. Water. Lots of water today. See, I’m working on it. I feel I’m doing good. For today.
